A couple days down…

I am so glad I weighed myself the other day. If I wouldn’t have, then I would not have realized how much weight I had gained. This is it. I know what I have to do and I know it won’t be easy, but it is necessary. I also took a full-body picture of myself. I could not believe it. When I look in the mirror I see what I want to see, but when I look at a picture I see what is really there.

So far I haven’t really had any side affects from the Apidexin and Detoxufree. I take one apidexin 30 minutes before breakfast, and again 30 minutes before lunch. Right after I take it my stomach feels a little weird, but that could also be from the detoxufree. I also have more energy and I feel happier.

I worked out today to The Biggest Loser 2 DVD. I did the 5 minute warm up, the 10 minute intense cardio (I was sweating like CRAZY and breathing hard), and the 5 minute cool down. I felt like my legs were falling off! I jumped into the shower right away, and afterwards I felt so good! I am proud of myself for working on my body and not just sitting there watching TV.

I ate healthy today. I had a small bowl of Special K Protein-Plus cereal, a nutrigrain bar, a cup of spaghetti, a can of no sugar added mixed fruit, 2 grilled chicken breasts and a cup of corn with no butter on it….I feel satisfied and proud of myself.

I think I’m going to weigh myself in the morning and see how well the pills, diet, and exercise are working. I’ll keep ya posted!!

Getting Started

About me

Hi there! I am 23 years old and I live in Columbus, OH. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and I am in school now to be a Pharmacy Technician. I love art, movies, music, and anything fun.

Why I am here

I sadly let my weight get out of control once again. I have been on a bunch of different diets ever since I was in middle school. Most diets have worked, but I end up getting lazy and I never comepletely finish. I always end up gaining the weight right back over time. When I did the Weight Watchers program, I started at 254 lbs and I lost 62 lbs. I was getting close to my goal, but I moved to Pittsburgh to start college, and I eventually gained it all back, and then some. A couple years later I started taking TrimSpa, eating healthier, and exercising, and I lost about 45 lbs very quickly. Then I moved back to Columbus with my boyfriend at the time who didn’t care what he ate. Also, we didn’t have much money at all, and that meant I could not afford the healthy food because it costs so much more than junk food. Since then, I tried TrimSpa again, but it didn’t help. I then tried SlimQuick which worked even less for me. I guess I like to try different options because here I am, yet again, on a diet pill. I researched this one for some time, and I decided to try it for a month. If it works then I’ll continue, if not then I’ll find some other way. It is called Apidexin and it’s supposed to be one of the best diet pills.

Conclusion

In conclusion, I am starting off at 250.2 Lbs…YIKES! I didn’t know I had gained so much weight. I want to get down to between 150 and 170. I think I’ll be happy at 170, but even happier at 160 or 150. Not only do I want to lose the weight, but I want to be healthy. My dad was diagnosed with Diabetes last year, and it’s on both sides of my family. I also have Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome, and the effects of it worsen with each pound over weight. I want to be able to have children sometime soon, and I know a lot of my fertility issues are because of my weight.

Well, thanks for reading! I’d love to hear your story and I could definitely use all the support I can get!!
